Dear friend,
Camila is not a real person. She is an experiment.
It started on YouTube in August 2025. I wanted to know: can AI-generated songs have a soul? Most people said no. So I took the challenge — to make love songs with AI, and see if they could truly move someone.
To make a song sound like a human being. Like you. I often go through 50, sometimes 100 iterations. Over and over, until it finally sounds like the voice I hear in my head.
Then something interesting happened. People heard the songs and asked: "Who is this singer? I'd love to work with her." Others asked about my "next recording session." They had no idea Camila isn't real. I suppose that's a kind of "Musical Turing Test," isn't it?
To be honest, I'm not a musician in the traditional sense. I don't play guitar or violin. I don't sing. But I make music with AI — with prompts, aka, human languages, instead of instruments.
And the songs I've helped create? They're genuinely beautiful. I listen to them while I work, while I rest. Again and again. They moved me. They grew on me. I'm glad they moved you, too.
Thank you for hearing Camila. Thank you for supporting this little experiment.
